Pete was patient and diligent and amazing. Buying winter tires for our new vehicle turned out to not be such an easy task - I'm not a tire or wheel expert, but we have a staggered setup, a not-very-common wheel size, and other complicating factors. Pete helped explain it to me - as much as he could (he lost me at "negative 45mm offset"), was patient, offered alternatives, etc. Wheels and tires are on and, most importantly, my better half is happy. Kelly and Jesus made the experience easy and painless. Kelly was quick to quote new tires for my car and Jesus came to my house to put on the new tires while I was out of town. I highly recommend Switch Mobile Tires for all your tire needs.

As always with Switch, Kelly, Peter, Jesus and Alex were great. They came by and installed new wheels and tires in chilling single digit temps. Turns out the wheels that the manufacturer sent were not the correct dish, so the wheels/tires protrude outside the wheel well, makes the Jeep Grand Cherokee look pretty rugged, but might be an issue with throwing up winter road debris?? No worries on this, Peter is looking at replacement options should we feel the need for shallower dish wheels. The service that the Switch team offers is second to none....

OUTSTANDING service! Winter tires mounted and balance in the driveway, envy of the neighborhood. The crew even fit my neighbor in, who couldn't believe the tires were being change in the driveway. Best tire service in the valley!

Wait, did I just get new snow tires swapped, balanced and my old tires are gone? Yes, it happened without me leaving my office chair that's why I didn't know it happened. Loved that this was a nonevent! Great service, great tires, local business; fair price. What more can you ask for?
