The service was splendid. Texted me about an hour before the appointment time to say they were running ahead and if it was convenient for me, they’d come early. I told them to come on over to my residence. I store my change of wheels in my own garage. They took off my 4 summer wheels/tires and put on my 4 winter wheels/tires on to the vehicle. No balancing needed. Twenty-five minutes and done. Highly recommend their service. Five Stars! Thank you.
Why wouldn't you have Switch install your tires and wheels? Maybe you like having to drive to a tire shop, stand in line at the counter waiting for an available service agent to figure out your what you need and check inventory or order your tires/wheels in. Then likley need come back another day to have you wait in their lobby for hours at times to get your tires installed. This can all be arranged over the phone with Peter and his crew, schedule a time for Alex and his team to come directly to you and usually less than an hour you are all set, your tires will be wrapped in bags and stored for you if you like. Switch really came through for me in a bind when I needed snow tires for a long trip. They responded immediately and installed the tires without delay. I drove 10hrs through a snow storm feeling thankful the new tires got us there safely. Thanks Switch!
